The true story of a transgender woman who became a mother to a girl abandoned on the street...🧡 You must have heard about the 1998 Bollywood film "Tamanna". This story, which went beyond the romantic cinema of the 90s, is produced by Pooja Bhatt, a beautiful film star of that time. This story is a true story. Pooja, who was curious about it, brings it to the cinema. She entrusts it to her father Mahesh Bhatt to direct it. True story.... In the early morning of Ramadan in 1975, a bisexual man on a street in Hijra Mahim, Mumbai, sees a parcel lying in a ditch. He avoids it because of the rush of the early morning. But when it shakes, he turns his attention back to it. He thinks it is a puppy. But when he opens the parcel, he sees a baby girl, only a few days old, with injuries... He immediately takes the baby to the hospital. She recovers and the hospital puts the child in foster care, unable to find the identity of the child's parents. The transgender man who found her requests the hospital and the police the next day to give him the girl for adoption. Seeing his sorrow, God gives him that great gift that God gave him to change his life. He cries for the rights of the child. At that time, according to Indian law, Transgender people were not allowed to get married or work socially.. Finally, the police officers and hospital authorities who recognized his plight took notice of him and allowed him to adopt the child. This bisexual person became a mother to her daughter and raised the child, feeding her without any shortcomings. And this mother does not forget to give her a good education. Somehow, when she grows up, she starts looking for the parents who abandoned her because of her hesitation about it. She starts this thing at the age of 16. Finally, she finds her parents and they are a wealthy family.. She was born as the eldest child in that family and her father, who thought that the birth of a daughter was a curse, threw her in a ditch.. Her mother spent a very sad time and did not say anything because of her fear of her husband. Even though everything was revealed later, this girl wanted to be adopted by her real parents again, but she did not want to leave her mother, who was a transgender and who she had raised with love since childhood, and live with them... This is a true story. Even today, this girl lives as a doctor in Mumbai with her mother, who was a transgender. The film I mentioned above was made based on this true story. The National Award-winning film Tamanna, although it was made by changing the true story, is actually a wonderful film. The highlight here was Paresh Rawal's emotional performance as the transgender mother. It must be said that it is one of the best performances of his career. His performance will make your eyes water. Pooja Baat played the role of the helpless daughter Tamanna, and many actors and actresses like Manoj Bajpayee, Ashutosh Rana, Sharad Kapoor, Akshay Anand etc. contributed their performances here... The film ends with a typical Bollywood climax, but since this is a slightly different theme, I would like to recommend it to you too. Mmp Ranaweera
